  • Student Information: Names, dates of birth, emergency contact details, medical notes, and class enrollment history. For minors, this information is provided by parents/guardians or authorized studio staff with documented parental consent.
  • Usage Data: Class schedules, attendance records, enrollment history, and payment records generated through normal use of the Service.
  • Photo/Video Consent Status: Whether consent has been obtained for taking and using photos or videos of students for promotional purposes.

3. Information About Minors

ClassGo may collect and store personal information about minors (individuals under 18). This information is collected only with the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian. Studio owners and administrators are responsible for obtaining and documenting this consent within the ClassGo platform. Parents and guardians have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting the studio or us directly.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service, including class scheduling, student management, and enrollment tracking; (b) enable communication between studio owners, teachers, and parents/guardians; (c) process payments and maintain financial records; (d) comply with legal obligations; (e) improve and develop new features.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored on secure servers located in Canada. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.
